- Do I maintain ownership of my data when I participate in Where2TravelNext?
- All data is still completely owned by you, the agency or agent. We are simply facilitating delivery of the emails on your behalf to your customers.
- Is this a lead generation program?
- This program is designed to generate leads from your own email database and your own Facebook fans. Traditional lead generation programs are targeting random audiences. This program is designed to help you communicate effectively with your customers and generate more business from them and ideally from their friends on Facebook too!
- What happens if my customer decides they do not want to receive these emails?
- With every Where2TravelNext newsletter, your customer will receive the option to opt out of delivery of this newsletter. They will be removed from this distribution list only, not from your overall database. The opt out will apply ONLY to the Where2TravelNext newsletter delivery. Your customer list remains fully intact.
- How frequently will you be sending email blasts to my customers on my behalf?
- The frequency will start weekly, and may increase to two or three times a week based on supplier demand and seasonality. We will not deliver emails to your customer more than three times in a week. We will always be conscientious about never spamming your clients.
- Will you or anyone else send emails or solicit my customers directly other than these specific supplier emails?
- We will ONLY send emails to your customers on your behalf promoting key leisure suppliers.
- Will there be any supplier direct call to action in these emails?
- No. Every call to action is directly back to you and your agency. There is no link or contact information ever provided for a participating supplier.
- What kinds of suppliers will be included in the emails sent to my customers?
- Only top suppliers from the cruise, tour and vacation marketplace for these email offers. All suppliers are vetted by Travel Research Online.
